Please do not return merchandise to us after 60 days. There will be no refunds, exchanges or credits issued for any merchandise returned to us after 60 days, regardless of the condition of the merchandise. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. There is no restocking fee for exchanged items. Payments made through PayPal will be credited to the same credit card account or bank account used for the original purchase, less the 10% restocking fee, provided the merchandise is returned within the 30-day time period specified above. If your item was backordered and then returned after 60 days from the date of purchase, credit will be issued either via PayPal if you have a PayPal account or are willing to create one, or by check via U.S. Mail. Worn, dyed, decorated, or soiled merchandise that cannot be resold as new is not returnable for refund, exchange or credit and will be shipped back to you at your expense. Shoes with toe marks or scuff marks are not returnable. Items are shipped brand new to you from the manufacturer and must be returned in the same condition as you received them. This applies to the merchandise as well as to the packaging in which the merchandise is shipped. Shoes must be returned in their original plastic bags with the tissue paper still in the box. Do not tape anything to the box. Handbags must be in their original packaging with the manufacturer's tags still intact. All returns and exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization number. To request an RMA number, please e-mail us at rma@dyeableshoesandhandbags.com with the Receipt ID number indicated on your PayPal order confirmation which was e-mailed to you when you completed your purchase. Please also include your name, the date of purchase, and the name of the item you are returning or exchanging. We will promptly issue you your RMA number by return e-mail. Once you have received your RMA number, please complete the Customer Return Form that has been provided with your order. If you do not have this form, please click the above link to print one. Send the completed form to Dyeable Shoes and Handbags at the address indicated below along with the merchandise you are returning in order for us to expedite your request for a refund, exchange or credit. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, please note it is our policy to treat exchanges as refunds. This is a two-step process. First you will need to purchase the new item. Then you will need to get an RMA number and return your items to us. It is important that you let us know you are returning your merchandise for an exchange, not for a refund, and that you have already purchased the new item. Unlike refunds, there are no restocking fees for exchanges. Upon receipt of the original item we will refund your cost through PayPal. Shipping charges are not refundable. You are responsible for all shipping charges. We suggest that you insure your merchandise when shipping back to us. We will not assume any responsibility for items lost in shipping. Do not, under any circumstances, return merchandise to the manufacturer. Although items are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer, the manufacturer will not be responsible for issuing refunds, exchanges or credits to you.
