New York State residents must pay sales tax which is calculated upon checkout and added to the total amount accordingly. You can view the items in your shopping cart at any time by clicking on any View Cart link.
A PAYPAL ACCOUNT When you are done shopping and are satisfied with your purchase, click the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button to complete your transaction. If you have a PayPal account, you can log in at this time. If you do not have a PayPal account, please click CONTINUE. Enter your credit card and billing information in the spaces provided and click REVIEW ORDER AND CONTINUE. Please check your order details and make any necessary changes at this time. Select a shipping option, either Ground (delivery 2-7 business days) or Overnight (next day delivery) and click the PAY BUTTON to complete your PayPal payment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. All credit card payments are processed instantly and securely through PayPal. A PayPal account is no longer required for credit card transactions. E-check payments, however, do require a PayPal account and take several days for the check to clear before the order can be processed. For details regarding PayPal accounts click here. When you complete the order process, a receipt from PayPal confirming your order details will be e-mailed to you shortly. You will also be given a Receipt ID number which we require for returns. Please retain the PayPal confirmation e-mail and Receipt ID number for future reference.
Please note that on occasion an item may be out
of stock in a particular size or color. If this is the case with your
order, we will notify you promptly via e-mail that the item is currently on
backorder and we will give you an expected date of availability. Please check your e-mail regularly in the event we are trying to contact you
regarding your order. Please also check your spam folder since there are
times e-mail sometimes goes directly into a spam folder instead of your inbox.
Please mark any correspondence from Dyeable Shoes and Handbags as “Not Spam” which
would
allow future messages from us to get through.
ABOUT SHIPPING
Please note that we only ship within the continental United States at
this time. Any orders providing shipping addresses outside of the contiguous
48 states will be cancelled and payments will be immediately refunded through PayPal.
Standard shipping is via UPS. If you
indicate a post office box number as your shipping address, we will ship your
order to you via USPS Priority Mail at the same cost as UPS Ground shipping
since UPS does not ship to post office box numbers.
In order to avoid delays, please be sure your shipping and billing information
is accurate and complete on the secure order form provided during checkout.

applied to your order during the checkout process as follows: Ground Shipping

Overnight
Shipping is available at an additional cost. This is a flat rate cost, based upon the number of
items you are purchasing. For next day delivery (excluding weekends and
holidays), orders must be placed no later than 12:00 noon Eastern time.
Overnight orders placed on Friday before 12:00 noon will be delivered the
following Monday. Any orders placed after 12:00 noon on Friday, or on
Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed the next business day with
delivery scheduled for the day after that. Please note that echeck
payments require additional time to clear and, therefore, cannot be used for
expedited orders requiring overnight shipping.
Shipping options are
selected during the checkout process and applied to your order at that time. |
