PURCHASING A GIFT CERTIFICATE
Dyeable Shoes and Handbags offers gift certificates in the following denominations: $25,
$50, $100.
If you would like to purchase a gift certificate for someone, please make your selection below.
REDEEMING A GIFT CERTIFICATE
Gift certificates are redeemed in the same manner in which we process
credit vouchers. They cannot be redeemed for cash. A purchase from
Dyeable Shoes and Handbags is required and
payment is made through PayPal. After the transaction has cleared,
we ask that you e-mail us at
credit@dyeableshoesandhandbags.com
with the number that is printed on the top right-hand corner of your
gift certificate. When we receive and verify this information from
you, a refund for the amount indicated on your gift certificate will be applied
to the same credit card account or bank account used for the purchase,
provided that your purchase is of equal or greater value than the value of your gift certificate.
Merchandise purchased with a gift certificate and then returned to
Dyeable Shoes and Handbags may either be exhanged for item(s) of equal or greater
value or, if you prefer, you may request a credit voucher equal to the
amount of the returned item(s). Such merchandise is not refundable
for cash; however, if the cost of the item(s) purchased exceeds the
value of your gift certificate, then you may request a refund for the
amount in excess to be applied to your account and a credit voucher will
be issued to you for the remaining balance. Credit vouchers are
good for one year from the date of issue and may be used towards your
next purchase or towards any future purchase
from Dyeable Shoes and Handbags, provided that your merchandise is returned to us
in accordance with the guidelines set forth in our
return policy.
Restocking fees are applied to all merchandise returned to
Dyeable Shoes and Handbag.
