of the person receiving the gift certificate (the recipient), the full
name of the person sending the gift certificate (the sender), an e-mail
address to which the gift certificate will be mailed, and a brief note
from you to the recipient.

Gift certificates are e-mailed and you
may choose to have the gift certificate e-mailed to you, the sender, or
e-mailed directly to the recipient.
If you choose to send the gift certificate to the recipient, you must
provide the recipient's e-mail address. If you choose to send the
gift certificate to the sender, then we will need your e-mail
address. We require only one e-mail address, not two, and the e-mail
address you provide must be a current one.
We also require that you provide us with the full names of both
the
recipient and the sender, regardless of to whom the gift certificate will be
sent.
During the payment process, please check
the "No Shipping" option in the Shipping Information section which
applies to items
that do not require shipping. Checking this option means you do
not have to complete the Shipping Information section.
