Thank you for your order.  We at Dyeable Shoes and Handbags are committed to providing you with the very best quality and service.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your merchandise for an exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of shipment.  Payments made through PayPal are credited to the same credit card account or bank account used for the original purchase, less applicable restocking fees.  Please refer to our Return Policy for additional information regarding the procedure for returns and exchanges.

Worn, dyed, decorated, or soiled merchandise that
cannot be resold as new is not returnable. 
Shoes with toe marks or scuff marks are not returnable.
Please wear stockings when trying on shoes to avoid toe marks.
To prevent scuff marks, avoid walking on non-carpeted floors. 
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number.   To obtain an RMA number, please email us at rma@dyeableshoesandhandbags.com and we will promptly issue you your RMA number by return email.  It is important that you indicate this number on the form below when returning merchandise.

A restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, please note it is our policy to treat exchanges as refunds.  This is a two-step process.  First you will need to purchase the new item.  Then you will need to get an RMA number to return the original item.  It is important that you let us know you are returning your merchandise for an exchange, not for a refund, and that you have already purchased the new item in order to avoid any restocking fees. Unlike refunds, there are no restocking fees for exchanges.  Upon receipt of the original item we will refund your cost through PayPal.
